Distinguished Personality Club Return Policy

At DPC, we believe in fairness and integrity—both for our valued customers and for the brand. Our return policy is designed to be **mutually respectful**, ensuring that you receive high-quality products while protecting the integrity of our creations.

We stand behind our products and will gladly accept returns or exchanges when the following fair and **distinguished** conditions are met:

Eligibility for Returns

- Items must be **unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached**.  

- Returns must be **initiated within 14-30 days** of delivery (exact timeframe to be determined).  

- Limited-edition, custom, or personalized items **cannot be returned**, except in the case of a defect.  

- Grooming products and accessories are **final sale** due to hygiene reasons.  

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale are **not eligible for returns or exchanges**.

For You (Our Customers):

1. Initiate a Return– Contact us at [customer service email] with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.  

2. Approval & Shipping – Once approved, you will receive instructions. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.  

3. Inspection & Resolution – Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and process a refund, store credit, or exchange within [X] business days.  


For Us (The Brand)

- We commit to responding promptly to all return requests.  

- We ensure every returned product is fairly assessed.  

  • We honor exchanges or store credit where applicable to provide a seamless experience.  

 

  • Refunds & Exchanges**  

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees).  

- Store credit or exchanges are encouraged for faster resolutions.  

  • Items that do not meet the return criteria may be sent back to the customer. 
  • Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours** of delivery with supporting photos. We will ensure a replacement, exchange, or refund is provided as fairly and promptly as possible.

- We expect our customers to return products in the same respect and care** as they received them.  

- We trust that our customers will **not abuse the return policy** (e.g., returning worn items).  

- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our distinguished standards.
